One of Highgrade's newest acts is the duo Tonic Agents. Just after a few seconds of listening you'll know that something new
is happening here: Hubert Vogler and his partner in crime DJ Nima, are something of the forefront of Highgrade's Loungemusic/Downbeatstuff in
future times. The result, you get to hear on these three tracks, is just striking: funky, trippy, jazzy loungemusic of the third kind. What
happens when music like this comes into the hands of some fresh dancefloorwizards? Just turn the flip and you get to hear the interpretations
of two of Berlins shootingstars of the last years: Mr. Phonique (of Dessous/Pokerflat) gives the agents a bassline/rhythm treatment, pumping,
precise and beautiful basslines in combination with a moving hard bassdrum. James Flavour (Brique Rouge,Highgrade) twists the material in a
more subtle way, giving birth to a little funky and atmospheric trip in Chicago House business.
