Sebo K certainly went through some "changes" since his early days as a producer and DJ in Berlin's drum 'n' bass and
breakbeat scene - which also let to a release with Vikter Duplaix on Sonar Kollektiv two years ago - but in fact he is returning to the sound
that has been a constant source of inspiration to him: classic chicago house. As he already proved with partner in crime Djama under the
moniker Soopa-Fi, Sebo has mastered the art of moving butts and brilliantly keeps the flow with two modernized, acidic jackers that preserve
the best parts of early traxx releases and bring the energy, dirt and sweat to today´s floor. The third cut "escape" takes a step
further back taking in fragments of styles that got mashed together by Ron Hardy at the Box and inspired the birth of the chi-sound: italo
disco, 80's new wave synth sounds and sci-fi.
